For a number of reasons, hiring managers have a difficult time finding the help they need. We use our expertise in recruiting to help you with finding technical staff and can also help you soup-to-nuts with this difficult area while you focus on your business.

Staffing Strategy

Our process is to first get a good idea of what particular problem your team is solving as a whole, including already-staffed positions. Then we work with you to develop good descriptions of the remaining positions, both in terms of advertised job descriptions and evaluation criteria that may not be in the job descriptions. We then begin submitting the vetted candidate resumes to you and help track the candidates using online portals available to both of us. As you have probably experienced firsthand, the best candidates go fast and so time is of the essence.

Fee

Our fees range from 10% – 15% and we prefer NON-exclusive agreements; that is, you can continue to use in-house and other outsourced recruiting firms at the same time as Silverline Services. We can make this arrangement with you because of the confidence we have in our ability to deliver the best candidates to you.
